Aged in Oak: Distilled in copper pot stills and rested for 6 months in American oak barrels to develop balance and rounded smoothness.

Flavor Profile: Floral and aromatic on the nose with notes of fresh grapes and citrus, leading to a smooth, light-bodied palate with subtle oak sweetness and a clean finish.

Versatile & Accessible: At a gentle 35% ABV, it is exceptionally smooth—ideal served chilled on the rocks, as a classic Pisco Sour base, or topped with ginger ale or citrus sodas.
