Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once confirmed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@balvane.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
